Shipping Options and Rates
At Sastique Fashions we use USPS to ship out orders and use flat rate shipping. We are delighted to announce a standard shipping charge of only $5.10 per order. Standard shipping (i.e. ground shipping) will take 5-7 business days to receive your order. For expedited, overnight delivery we charge $17.75. For larger orders (over $50), there is no fee…shipping is on us!
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit card has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item will be shipped.
You can check the current status of your shipment by logging in to your account with your order number obtained from your confirmation email and we will track your shipment for you. Sastique will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the Sastique website; your credit card details are not held on the website.

Paypal accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts.
All goods must be returned to Sastique undamaged and unused, within 60 days (including weekends and bank holidays) of the date stated on the receipt sent with the purchased item(s). The full cost of the item will be refunded to you when we have received the returned goods in the condition in which they were originally sold by Sastique. We keep extensive photographic records of all items available for sale and will not be held accountable for any damage occurring after delivery of the purchased item(s).
- No refund will be offered in cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase.
- No refund will be offered to goods received after the 60 day deadline.
Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important and essential that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your intention in order to refund your shipping payment. After we received your notice, we will send you a return slip to put on your returns package.
You will receive an email from us once we have received your return. Once the return has been evaluated, you should notice your refund payment back into your account within 5-7 business days.
