How will I know if something fits?
Sastique aims to be as accurate as possible when listing all measurements. That’s why we have created a chart that you can use to determine an exact size. In addition, each item is individually assessed and full measurements are clearly stated in the item description. For any further queries please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase you can return the item. Please follow the instructions listed in the last section of Shipping and Returns.
Does Sastique ship to post office boxes?
Due to shipping restrictions, unless there is a reception agent present at the PO Box during business hours, customers with PO Boxes will need to arrange for an alternate physical delivery address. You must provide us with an address where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
How can I track my order?
You can check the current status of your shipment by emailing ???? with your order number obtained from your confirmation email and we will track your shipment for you. Sastique will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the Sastique website; your credit card details are not held on the website.
How will I know you received my order?
As soon as you place an order we are notified thorough our payment processor PayPal. Instantaneously you will receive an email confirmation from us stating that your order was received. Once your choice of payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item for the order is located, your order will be accepted and the item will be shipped.
Is my payment secure?
I want to keep record of my purchases. How do I create an account?
You can create an account from the checkout page by checking the box “Create an account?”. Text boxes will appear below that ask for a username and password (entered in twice). Once you have filled out the form and completed your order, you can now log in to Sastique Fashions. Go to “My Account” listed at the top of the page to view and track your orders. You may also change your address or password under “My Account”. If you have any questions related to creating an account, please contact us from our Contact Page or send an email to email@example.com.
Can I pay with cash, money order, cashiers check or wire transfer?
What are your shipping rates / options?
We want you to get your items without worrying much about shipping. To make it easy on you (and us), we offer flat rate fees. If you’re not in a rush, you can choose our standard rate of $5.10 (expect 5-7 day arrival). That said, we realize shipping can be a pain when you want to receive your package quickly. Therefore we also offer expedited, overnight shipping for only $17.75.
Even better – for larger orders (orders over $50), shipping is completely free! For more details on shipping, see Shipping and Returns.
Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
Not at this time, but it is a service we are considering as one of our shipping options in the future.
I noticed a number of items have a limited quantity. Will there be more in stock in the future?
We update our inventory frequently. If an item you selected does not have the quantity you desire available, send a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond with a solution.
I buy a lot of items from Sastique. Are their benefits to becoming a frequent customer?
We value our regular customers and never stop thinking of ways to thank them. One of the ways to show our appreciation is to administer a loyalty program. This loyalty program will have exclusive deals unlike those from our newsletter. We are still in the middle of releasing this program.
